ARROW has many kinds of equipments which used to products’ development, analysis, testing, and validation in the fields of electronics. Such as, spectral analysis system, the electronic ballast input-output analysis system, TDS oscilloscopes, EMC test systems, RHOS high temperature reliability test system and test equipment and so on. ARROW already built the life test laboratory by the National energy Efficiency management Office and the German TUV approved and witnessed.
We have 23 technicians; including one PhD, 20 college degree or above, 8 specialized technicians who are own more than 10 years experience in lighting electronics. They have rich theoretical and practical experience in the general energy-saving lamps, dimmable energy saving lamps, electronic ballasts, LED lights and other areas. Whose people participate and draft many national standards work. For example " self-ballasted LED lamps for general lighting services > 50V-safety specifications GB24906-2010" " self-ballasted LED lamps for general lighting services –performance requirement GB/T24908-2010" "the tubular fluorescent with AC electronic ballast performance GB/T15144-2009”etc.
Mainly products are Energy saving lamps, electronic ballasts, LED light source three series about 300 balance products, with more than 30 kinds of patent including inventions, utility models, and appearance. Special POLYSLIDER material made with Graphite, Polyamide and many high conductance coefficient materials can satisfy LED heat elimination, which is big breakthrough after ARROW entered LED application field, changed history in the LED trade depending on metal conductor as LED unique medium, solved completely safety pitfall of touching electricity, creepage on LED metal shells, and creates possibility for LED lamps’ variety, plasticity, shells’ surface tolerance during producing and improving productivity.
ARROW and University of Electronic Science & Technology and CLP fifty-eight and other research colleges and universities cooperation to build the laboratory have been assessed to Dongguan municipal lighting Electronic Engineering Technology Center.
